Recovery

See the Red Guide Series for a variety of  booklets and useful tools.  The books, which focus on personal needs during recovery, are inexpensive and are updated frequently. The website offers many free items, such as checklists.

For current information on the recovery process in general, see the blog RecoveryDiva.com
